Patrice Donohue
As a self-starter and high-energy leader with over 25 years of diversified professional experience, Patrice Donohue has extensive experience in human resource management, advising, and collaborating with executive management and senior leaders in a variety of industries. Based on this experience, Patrice has a deep appreciation for the wide-ranging business needs of leaders and employees in companies, from small to large, and national organizations.
During Patrice’s professional career, she has served as the Human Resource Director for a small start-up environmental research-consulting firm in New York City. Prior to co-founding Trillium360 Consulting, she worked as the Vice President and Regional Manager of Employee Relations for Washington Mutual Bank in Seattle, Washington. Patrice has also provided HR Consulting to variety of companies including Merrill Lynch, Virginia Mason Hospital, and Scherling-Plough Pharmaceutical Co. With a strong passion for creating productive and thriving workplaces, Patrice has a keen interest in finding processes and tools that aid managers and companies in achieving this end.
Patrice was born and raised in Boston, MA, and she enjoyed living and working in New York City many years. Patrice has been a Seattle resident for the last 10 years. She holds a BA from Syracuse University and a MA in Psychology from Antioch University. In addition to her expertise in employee relations and leadership coaching, Patrice is trained in mediation and is a licensed psychotherapist. She is committed to contributing to her community and has served on several nonprofit boards and volunteered for a number of organizations.
Susan Mask
With 25 years of experience and expertise in employment law, Susan Mask has worked effectively as an attorney in public, private, and higher education settings, advising business executives, senior managers, human resource personnel and employee relations professionals. Susan has a successful record of accomplishment as an effective collaborator, manager and leader.
She started her professional career in law firm practice in New York and Connecticut, and worked for the New York State Convention Center Development Corporation as in-house counsel. After relocating to the Midwest, Susan worked for the University of Iowa and served as assistant to the president. A Seattle resident since 2001, Susan was an assistant general counsel at Washington Mutual before co-founding Trillium360 Consulting. Having practiced employment law in a variety of settings, Susan understands what makes a work place innovative. She has a passion for creating synergies in the work place that allow employers and employees to create workplace cultures where employees and managers are motivated to do their best work. Born and raised in New York, Susan earned a Bachelor’s degree from City College in New York City and a Juris Doctorate from the NYU School of Law. Susan has a strong commitment to community service. In addition to actively serving on numerous non-profit boards, she also lends her time and energies to direct volunteer service efforts within her community.
